At Lumeden Lights, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be in the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items not in original condition or packaging
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
